An Ode to Buddy Buddy

What interested us about BUDDY BUDDY was how much of the experience is built around one ingredient and how far they have taken it. Nut butter moves from something familiar in a jar into drinks, pastries, and other combinations where texture, richness, sweetness, and temperature can all change the way it is perceived.

There is also something interesting in how contained the system is. The nut butters are made by hand in Brussels, the coffee is roasted in-house in Paris and New York, and both come together in the cafés. That closeness between ingredient, making, and serving makes the final experience feel connected to the process behind it.
